BEWARE: Potential Pharmacy Scam to obtain patient Bank/Credit Card details.

An incident has been reported where a number of patients have been contacted via telephone, by a person pretending to be from Well Pharmacy.

The caller discusses the delivery of medication with the patient, confirms the date the medication will be delivered to them and then requests Bank/Credit card details to enable payment for the delivery.

If you receive a similar phone call, please report it immediately.

Remember: Pharmacy staff will not request payment and/or card details over the phone for any service being provided.
