Stress & Anxiety Workshop
Mon 8th 11.15 – 12.30pm
Fri 19th 10.30 – 11.45am
In this s ession you will learn to recognise your personal signs of stress and overwhelm and learn ways to find your calm. Created by anxiety expert Angela McMillan these are strategies that are used regularly in the therapy room to help you cope with whatever life throws at you. You will receive a downloadable resource pack.

Join us in the zoom room for a mindfulness session where you can learn tips and techniques to unwind and relax.
Boxing & Mindfulness Various course for all age groups
An online course over four sessions combining non-contact boxing training and mindfulness. Delivered by experienced mindfulness teachers and pro-boxing trainers, these innovative sessions are accessible for all ages and abilities and are designed to enhance physical and mental wellbeing in a dynamic and fun way.

offering you the opportunity to make your own classic Irish Soda Bread in your kitchen or you can just join in the chat and observe how to make this 'simple/no messing' bread. We will use the time to chat about our own experiences of making bread, look at some amazing resources on Welsh Baking from the https://www.peoplescollection.wales and sharing compassionate stories of caring.

Counselling for carers
Sometimes it can be helpful to talk to someone. We can offer up to six free counselling sessions with a qualified counsellor to all carers living in South East Wales. Access to counselling will be subject to a brief assessment by a qualified counsellor. Wellbeing boost for Unpaid Carers
The Carers Winter Wellbeing scheme is available through Carers Trust South East Wales (CTSEW) and includes counselling sessions, wellbeing workshops and short courses – all aimed at boosting the mental health, wellbeing and resilience of unpaid carers through the winter months. The sessions are available online to unpaid carers of all ages in Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Merthyr, Monmouthshire, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen or The Vale of Glamorgan. The Carers Winter Wellbeing scheme is funded by Welsh Government via Carers Trust. Please be aware spaces are limited.

Carer Friendly – Training Session
