We write to thank you so much for your continued generous donations and acknowledge safe receipt of your cheque of £200 to help provide food for residents within your area.
You may be aware of our recent social media posts that since the lockdown we have provided food for 2376 meals in your area comprising 101 families of which there were 160 adults and 104 children so your donation is very much appreciated. We are also in the throes of planning to reopen in the near future the Nantyglo Foodbank Distribution Centre as a Home Delivery Centre on Mondays. All Foodbank centres in Blaenau Gwent Foodbank are still closed to the public for collection of any food but our aim is to continue the Home Delivery Service until such time that we feel confident that the pandemic is either over or at the very least extremely low risk.
