  1. Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) Local Review of Patient Safety, Privacy, Dignity and Experience whilst Waiting in Ambulances during Delayed Handover
The aim of the review is to consider the impact of ambulance waits outside of Emergency Departments on patient safety, privacy, dignity and overall experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can see more about this review here -

In order to reach an audience that may not have access to the internet people are encouraged to give HIW a call and complete the survey over the phone. A poster is attached.
